All are welcome to join us in the Mallard Creek Church gym for yoga OR online on Zoom!

Monday nights at 7pm.

Our Director of Children and Youth Ministries, Andrea Thomas, is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, and she will be teaching the class.

Bring your own mat or towel. Mats will be placed a minimum of 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing.

Class will be gentle stretching and accommodations will be made for folks with less flexibility. You must be able to get up and down off the mat.

Class will be 30-45 minutes and is appropriate for everyone from older kids, to older adults.
